How does the hourly rate become a visit price?Bi-weekly regular cleaning example: 2 cleaners working 1.5 hours each = 3 cleaner-hours. 3 × CA$32 = CA$96 before tax. This illustrates the calculation, not a fixed quote for a home size. Staffing, time and any extras are confirmed before booking.
Choose your cleaning frequency
Think about how quickly your kitchen, bathrooms and shared spaces need attention, and what you want to take care of between visits. Bi-weekly means every two weeks. Monthly means once per calendar month; appointment dates are confirmed when you book.
- Weekly visits suit households that want frequent help with everyday tasks.
- Every-two-weeks visits leave a longer interval, with some upkeep between appointments.
- Monthly visits can support a home maintained between cleans; they do not automatically add deep-cleaning tasks.
Tasks to request separately
Recurring visits follow the regular checklist. The tasks below need a separate request and an agreed scope before the visit.
- Request appliance interiors beyond the microwave, cabinet interiors, tile grout, exhaust fans and interior windows separately.
- Deep-cleaning work on grease or hard-water buildup needs its own agreed scope.
- Carpet extraction, sofa cleaning and mattress cleaning are separate fabric-care services.
- A vacant move-out clean and post-renovation cleaning are outside routine recurring upkeep.

Monthly means once per calendar month, not every four weeks. Recurring visits follow the regular checklist; deep-cleaning work is agreed separately.
Rates are in CAD per cleaner-hour. Recurring rates apply to regular cleaning only. Final scope, labour time, taxes and any extras are confirmed before booking.
Frequently asked questions
Should I choose weekly, every two weeks or monthly?
Think about how much your home is used and how much housework you want help with. Busy kitchens and bathrooms or a shared home may suit weekly or every-two-week visits. Monthly may work if you keep up with cleaning in between. Start with what you need help with, rather than choosing a schedule blindly.
Do I need a deep clean before starting regular visits?
Not necessarily. If your home is already well maintained, you can start with regular cleaning. If there's a noticeable buildup of grime, a deep clean first can make ongoing upkeep more manageable.
Can I try one visit before deciding on recurring cleaning?
Yes. Start with a single visit to see whether the service suits you, then decide if you'd like weekly, every-two-week or monthly cleaning. You don't need to choose an ongoing schedule when you first ask for a quote.
What does recurring cleaning from CA$30 an hour mean?
Our current reference rates for recurring regular cleaning are CA$30 for weekly visits, CA$32 for visits every two weeks and CA$34 for monthly visits, per cleaner-hour. One-time regular cleaning is CA$39 per cleaner-hour. Deep and move-in or move-out cleaning are priced separately. Tax is extra, and the total depends on the number of cleaners and time involved.
Does every recurring visit cover the same tasks?
Recurring visits use the regular-cleaning scope. Tell us in advance if you want different priorities or extra work on a particular visit so we can confirm any change to time or cost. Recurring rates do not automatically include deep, post-renovation or upholstery cleaning.
Can I have the same cleaner each time?
You can request a preferred cleaner, and we'll check the schedule. Someone who knows your home can get familiar with your preferences, but time off or scheduling changes may mean a different cleaner visits. We can't guarantee the same person every time.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
Please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment to cancel or reschedule, and include the booking name and service date. With less than 24 hours’ notice, the CA$20 deposit is non-refundable. This cancellation and rescheduling policy does not limit our re-clean or refund promise if you are unhappy with the cleaning.
What if something hasn't been cleaned properly?
Please tell us. We'll re-clean or refund you, with no conditions, and you can contact us anytime. If it's convenient, describing the area or sharing a photo helps us understand what needs attention.
