Floor care & installation in Toronto
Share the floor material, approximate area and photos of the parts that need work. We’ll review whether care, repair or replacement fits the condition and confirm the scope.
A quote request is not a confirmed booking.
Surface care or replacement?
The right scope depends on the existing floor and its condition. Polishing and waxing address a suitable surface finish. Replacement involves removing old flooring and installing new material. Describe scratches, dents, lifting edges or visible damage without assuming every mark can be polished away.

Choose materials before finalising the scope
Have the existing floor type, approximate area and preferred replacement material ready to discuss. For a partial repair, keep a spare tile or flooring sample if available. Matching an older surface depends on the original material and available replacements.
Prepare the Toronto property
Plan access to the rooms and discuss furniture, removal of old materials and how the space will be used while work is underway. Condo projects may have building rules for deliveries, working hours and flooring changes; confirm those arrangements before the schedule is set.

- Existing damage and any known moisture history.
- Who will clear the work area.
- Material delivery and building access requirements.
Review the completed floor

Frequently asked questions
Can you repair just a small area of floor or wall?
You can ask for a quote. Share photos of the damage and surrounding area, dimensions and any known material or paint colour. Whether a local repair makes sense depends on the surrounding condition and suitable replacement materials.
Is waxing suitable for every wood floor?
No. The material, finish and manufacturer care instructions need to be checked first. Mopping, polishing, waxing and replacement are different tasks, and one approach does not suit every floor.
