Deep cleaning includes regular household tasks, with additional attention to accumulated grease and hard-water buildup. Steam is used selectively on materials that can tolerate it.
- Clean floors, vacuum carpets and clean countertops, furniture and appliance surfaces.
- Clean everyday kitchen and bathroom surfaces, mirrors, baseboards and microwave interiors.
- Address accumulated grease and hard-water residue with suitable cleaning methods.
- Use targeted steam on appropriate surfaces and suitable window screens.
- Include the regular checklist's surface tidying, bed making and dishwashing where relevant to the home.

Detailed cleaning is not an automatic booking for every interior or specialist task. Describe the areas you want addressed so the scope is clear.
- Appliance interiors other than the microwave, cabinet interiors and exhaust fans are separate requests.
- Interior window glass, range hood exteriors, balcony tidying, closets and garages need separate discussion.
- Confirm the work required on tile grout and any bathroom mould before booking.
- Carpet and upholstery extraction belong to the separate fabric-cleaning service.
- Post-renovation dust and glue or paint residue are outside this service; mention renovation work in your enquiry.

Request a quote with your postal code, home size, rooms and preferred date. Describe the hardest areas to clean and share photos or surface-care instructions if available.
- Remove loose items from counters and floors to make the work areas accessible.
- Point out delicate finishes and any surfaces that should not be treated with heat or moisture.
- Empty appliances or cabinets if interior cleaning has been added to your scope.

A deep clean includes regular cleaning tasks, with more detailed work on built-up grease, limescale and often-missed areas, plus targeted steam on suitable surfaces. It does not automatically include every extra task; please mention appliance or cupboard interiors beforehand.
Can you tackle kitchen grease and bathroom limescale?
These can be priorities for the clean. Tell us how heavy the buildup is and what the surfaces are made of; photos help too. Long-standing deposits, corrosion or discolouration may not fully resolve. Cleaning is not surface restoration.
Can you clean inside my fridge, oven and cupboards?
You can request these areas. Mention them separately for regular or deep cleaning; appliance and cupboard interiors are included in the move-in and move-out checklist. Let us know which ones need cleaning, and empty the relevant spaces of food and belongings beforehand.
How long does a deep clean take, and how is it priced?
Timing depends on the rooms, buildup and tasks involved. Start with an estimate of team size, time and cost, then confirm the actual scope with us. Mention heavy grease or clutter in advance. Any possible other charges will be disclosed with your quote.
Should I tidy up before the cleaners arrive?
You don't need to clean before we come. Put away cash, jewellery and important documents, and clear floors and counters where you can. That lets the cleaners spend more time cleaning and less time moving personal belongings.
Do I need to be home for the whole visit?
No. Arrange access in advance and leave a way to reach you on the day. If you're available for a quick walkthrough afterwards, it's a useful chance to point out anything that needs another look. Being away doesn't affect your cleaning satisfaction guarantee.
What if something hasn't been cleaned properly?
Please tell us. We'll re-clean or refund you, with no conditions, and you can contact us anytime. If it's convenient, describing the area or sharing a photo helps us understand what needs attention.
