Wood, stone, metal and fabric need different care. We choose suitable tools and products and spot-test where needed.

Kitchen, bathroom and living-area cloths are kept separate. The agreed cleaning kit and supplies are included.

The everyday jobs, taken care of
Use the regular checklist to identify the rooms and tasks you need help with. The same underlying household scope applies whether this is a single visit or part of a recurring plan.
- Floor cleaning and carpet vacuuming in the rooms included in your booking.
- Countertops, furniture surfaces and appliance exteriors.
- Bathroom and kitchen wall surfaces, mirrors and glass; request interior window glass separately.
- Baseboards and the inside of the microwave.
- Surface tidying, bed making and dishwashing.
Extras you can ask about
A regular visit addresses everyday cleaning. If you are trying to resolve built-up grease, hard-water marks or work inside cupboards and appliances, explain that when requesting a quote.
- Appliance interiors other than the microwave and cabinet interiors need to be requested separately.
- Tile grout, exhaust fans and interior window glass are additional tasks for regular cleaning.
- Range hood exteriors, balconies, closet organising and garages require a separate request.
- Steam work, bathroom mould cleaning and post-renovation dust or glue and paint residue are outside regular cleaning.
- Fabric treatment and carpet extraction are separate from general cleaning and vacuuming.

Send your postal code, home type, approximate size and room count to request a quote. Mention whether the home is occupied and which areas need the most attention.
- Clear small belongings from the surfaces and floors you want cleaned.
- Identify delicate materials, items to avoid and any rooms that should remain closed.
- Share the correct entrance, buzzer or key instructions and any strata rules affecting the visit.
- Mention parking, stairs or elevator access and confirm any additional cleaning tasks before booking.
Frequently asked questions
Should I book a regular clean or a deep clean?
If your home is kept fairly tidy and you'd like help with the kitchen, bathrooms, floors and dusting, regular cleaning is usually a good fit. If it's been a while since a thorough clean and there's noticeable grease, limescale or built-up dust, consider a deep clean. Not sure? Tell us what needs attention and we can help you choose.
What's included in regular cleaning?
Regular cleaning covers kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living spaces: wiping counters and accessible surfaces, cleaning sinks and toilets, vacuuming and mopping. Our current checklist also includes the microwave interior, baseboards and dishwashing. Please mention fridge, oven or cupboard interiors separately when booking.
Can you clean inside my fridge, oven and cupboards?
You can request these areas. Mention them separately for regular or deep cleaning; appliance and cupboard interiors are included in the move-in and move-out checklist. Let us know which ones need cleaning, and empty the relevant spaces of food and belongings beforehand.
Can you focus on just my kitchen and bathrooms?
Tell us your priorities and which rooms can be left out. We'll estimate for the work you need rather than assuming the whole home needs cleaning. The condition of those areas will also affect the time required.
Do I need to provide cleaning products, a mop or a vacuum?
Usually not. We'll bring the products and equipment needed for your chosen service, including a vacuum. If you'd prefer us to use a particular product you own, or a surface needs special care, please let us know beforehand.
Do I need to be home for the whole visit?
No. Arrange access in advance and leave a way to reach you on the day. If you're available for a quick walkthrough afterwards, it's a useful chance to point out anything that needs another look. Being away doesn't affect your cleaning satisfaction guarantee.
What if something hasn't been cleaned properly?
Please tell us. We'll re-clean or refund you, with no conditions, and you can contact us anytime. If it's convenient, describing the area or sharing a photo helps us understand what needs attention.
