Post-renovation cleaning focuses on dust and glue or paint residue after building work. Deep cleaning focuses on grease, limescale and dust from everyday use. If work has just been completed, choose post-renovation cleaning and describe what was done.
What does post-renovation cleaning include?
It includes everyday cleaning tasks, renovation dust, appliance and cupboard interiors, tile grout and exhaust fans. Glue or paint residue and targeted steam treatment depend on surface suitability; not every mark can safely be scraped off.
When should I schedule a post-renovation clean?
Plan it after dust-producing work such as sanding, drilling and painting is finished and any new-material curing requirements are met. Further work may create more dust, so tell us about remaining trades or jobs.
Can all paint and adhesive marks be removed?
We need to assess the residue and the surface underneath before choosing a method. Old marks, absorbed colour or surface damage may not be reversible through cleaning. Share photos in advance so removal can be considered without risking the new finish.
Does post-renovation cleaning include removing building waste?
The home post-renovation estimate does not include building-waste removal. Arrange for contractors to remove debris and tools and clear access to the areas being cleaned. Mention any remaining waste before the quote.
How do I get a post-renovation cleaning estimate?
