Regular upkeep or a more thorough clean for your home. Share the rooms and floors you need cleaned, along with any wood, stone or delicate finishes that need special care.
Recurring regular cleaning as low as CA$30 per cleaner-hourDeep and moving cleans have their own scope and rate.
Grease around the kitchen, buildup in the bathroom and details you’ve been meaning to get to. Give them a more thorough clean, with methods suited to each surface.
CA$45 / cleaner-hour, plus applicable tax
What a deeper clean takes care of
Deep cleaning includes regular household tasks, with additional attention to accumulated grease and hard-water buildup. Steam is used selectively on materials that can tolerate it.
Clean floors, vacuum carpets and clean countertops, furniture and appliance surfaces.
Clean everyday kitchen and bathroom surfaces, mirrors, baseboards and microwave interiors.
Address accumulated grease and hard-water residue with suitable cleaning methods.
Use targeted steam on appropriate surfaces and suitable window screens.
Include the regular checklist's surface tidying, bed making and dishwashing where relevant to the home.
Want something else cleaned too?
Detailed cleaning is not an automatic booking for every interior or specialist task. Describe the areas you want addressed so the scope is clear.
Appliance interiors other than the microwave, cabinet interiors and exhaust fans are separate requests.
Interior window glass, range hood exteriors, balcony tidying, closets and garages need separate discussion.
Confirm the work required on tile grout and any bathroom mould before booking.
Carpet and upholstery extraction belong to the separate fabric-cleaning service.
Post-renovation dust and glue or paint residue are outside this service; mention renovation work in your enquiry.
Prepare for detailed cleaning in Vancouver
Request a quote with your postal code, home size, rooms and preferred date. Describe the hardest areas to clean and share photos or surface-care instructions if available.
Remove loose items from counters and floors to make the work areas accessible.
Point out delicate finishes and any surfaces that should not be treated with heat or moisture.
Empty appliances or cabinets if interior cleaning has been added to your scope.
Share entrance, parking, stair or elevator information and relevant strata rules.
If the home will be empty and the main work is inside cupboards and appliances, compare the moving-clean scope before booking.
Kitchens, bathrooms, floors and the jobs that keep coming back. Book a single visit when you need a hand, without committing to an ongoing schedule.
CA$39 / cleaner-hour, plus applicable tax
The everyday jobs, taken care of
Use the regular checklist to identify the rooms and tasks you need help with. The same underlying household scope applies whether this is a single visit or part of a recurring plan.
Floor cleaning and carpet vacuuming in the rooms included in your booking.
Countertops, furniture surfaces and appliance exteriors.
Bathroom and kitchen wall surfaces, mirrors and glass; request interior window glass separately.
Baseboards and the inside of the microwave.
Surface tidying, bed making and dishwashing.
Extras you can ask about
A regular visit addresses everyday cleaning. If you are trying to resolve built-up grease, hard-water marks or work inside cupboards and appliances, explain that when requesting a quote.
Appliance interiors other than the microwave and cabinet interiors need to be requested separately.
Tile grout, exhaust fans and interior window glass are additional tasks for regular cleaning.
Range hood exteriors, balconies, closet organising and garages require a separate request.
Steam work, bathroom mould cleaning and post-renovation dust or glue and paint residue are outside regular cleaning.
Fabric treatment and carpet extraction are separate from general cleaning and vacuuming.
Prepare for a visit to your Vancouver home
Send your postal code, home type, approximate size and room count to request a quote. Mention whether the home is occupied and which areas need the most attention.
Clear small belongings from the surfaces and floors you want cleaned.
Identify delicate materials, items to avoid and any rooms that should remain closed.
Share the correct entrance, buzzer or key instructions and any strata rules affecting the visit.
Mention parking, stairs or elevator access and confirm any additional cleaning tasks before booking.
Choose weekly, bi-weekly or monthly visits to keep everyday rooms in good shape. Find a frequency that fits your life and compare the cost before deciding.
From CA$30 / cleaner-hour, plus applicable tax
A routine for the rooms you use
Each visit follows the regular-cleaning scope, with your household priorities discussed in advance. Repeating the checklist makes the service suitable for ongoing upkeep.
Clean floors and vacuum carpets in the agreed rooms.
Clean countertops, furniture surfaces and appliance exteriors.
Clean kitchen and bathroom wall surfaces, mirrors and glass; interior window glass is a separate request.
Take care of baseboards, microwave interiors, bed making, surface tidying and dishwashing.
Find your rhythm
Think about how the kitchen, bathrooms and shared rooms are used and what cleaning you want to handle between appointments. Confirm the dates of your chosen schedule.
Weekly cleaning offers the shortest interval for household upkeep.
Bi-weekly cleaning means every two weeks, with everyday maintenance between visits.
Monthly cleaning means once a month. Confirm the actual appointment dates when arranging your schedule.
When your home needs something different
Recurring cleaning is the regular checklist repeated over time. Tasks outside that checklist need to be discussed when they arise.
Request appliance interiors beyond the microwave, cabinet interiors, grout, exhaust fans and interior windows separately.
Ask about a separate deep clean if grease or bathroom buildup needs targeted treatment.
Carpet extraction, sofas and mattresses require fabric-care scope and a quote.
A monthly visit does not automatically become deep cleaning, a moving clean or post-renovation cleaning.
Prepare an ongoing Vancouver cleaning plan
Request a quote with your postal code, home details and preferred frequency. Describe how the home looks now so the first visit and ongoing scope can be planned together.
List the rooms to clean and the tasks most useful to your household.
Keep access to floors and surfaces clear before each visit.
Explain any strata or building requirements, along with entrance and parking details.
Tell the team about changes to access, room use or requested tasks before an upcoming appointment.
Leave an empty home ready for handover, or clean your next place before the boxes arrive. Appliance and cabinet interiors are part of the moving-clean checklist.
CA$45 / cleaner-hour, plus applicable tax
A clean for the next person moving in
The vacant-home checklist includes everyday floor and surface cleaning plus agreed appliance and cabinet interiors. Specify the appliances, current condition and care instructions when requesting a quote. Interior work is planned for empty, accessible spaces and suitable finishes.
Clean floors, vacuum carpets and clean countertops, mirrors and accessible glass surfaces.
Clean bathroom and kitchen wall surfaces, baseboards, furniture surfaces where present and appliance exteriors.
Clean the agreed appliance interiors, such as the oven and fridge, once emptied and accessible, using a method suited to the material and condition.
Clean the agreed cabinet and cupboard interiors once they are empty and accessible.
Clean tile grout and exhaust fans as listed in the moving-clean checklist.
A few extras to discuss before the move
Share any move-out or move-in checklist you have so the requested work can be compared with the service scope. Describe unusual conditions before the appointment is agreed.
The standard moving-clean scope does not include targeted steam cleaning.
Confirm interior-window glass cleaning and safe access as part of the quote discussion.
Ask separately about range hood exteriors, balconies, closet organising, bathroom mould cleaning and garages.
Carpet extraction and upholstery care are separate services; routine carpet vacuuming is included.
Post-renovation dust and glue or paint residue are outside the moving-clean scope.
This is a cleaning visit; packing, moving belongings and off-site rubbish removal require separate arrangements.
Prepare the property and access
Request a quote with your postal code, home type, approximate size, room count and the date the home will be vacant. Plan access between the move and the next occupant's arrival.
Empty cupboards and appliances and remove belongings from the areas to be cleaned.
Explain any furniture or stored items that will remain and limit access.
If the property is in a strata building, share relevant service-entry and elevator arrangements.
Confirm keys, buzzer instructions and parking information.
Allow time to review the cleaned areas before handover and flag any existing stains or damage in advance.
After the renovation, fine dust and stubborn residue can still get in the way of enjoying your home. Tell us what work was done and which rooms need attention so we can plan the clean before you settle in.
CA$45 / cleaner-hour, plus applicable tax
A clean planned around the work you had done
Renovation cleaning includes everyday cleaning tasks, renovation dust, appliance and cupboard interiors, tile grout and exhaust fans. Glue and paint residue are assessed against the surface material; targeted steam is used only where suitable.
After the last dusty job
Plan the visit after dust-producing work is finished. Let us know about any remaining trades, newly finished surfaces or product curing instructions. Arrange access and working water and electricity before the visit.
Show us what needs attention
Share the rooms involved, approximate size and photos of dust or residue. Building waste, hazardous materials, repairs and surface restoration are not included in the online home-cleaning estimate; flag these separately before booking.
Spills on the sofa, dirt in the carpet or a mattress that needs attention? We’ll look at the fabric and condition, then discuss a suitable clean and what results to expect.
More than everyday vacuuming
Choose the individual items or carpet areas to be cleaned. Material assessment and solution testing help determine the treatment that suits each item.
Cleaning for specified carpets, upholstered sofas and mattresses.
Review of fabric type and care instructions, followed by testing of cleaning solutions.
Protection of nearby areas and vacuuming to remove loose debris.
Material-appropriate treatment, with foam scrubbing and spray extraction where suitable.
Care guidance for the treated items after cleaning.
Let’s talk about those stains
Complete stain removal is not guaranteed. A treated mark may lighten and remain visible. The material, age of the stain and previous products used all matter to the assessment.
Point out pet accidents, old spills, lingering odours and earlier cleaning attempts.
Have care labels reviewed before assuming an item can receive wet extraction.
A fabric booking does not include cleaning the rest of the home, kitchen or bathrooms.
General home-cleaning carpet vacuuming does not include this extraction and fabric-treatment service.
Allow for drying after treatment; there is no single drying time that applies to every fabric and home.

Frequently asked questions
How do I check availability for my address and date?+
Share the service address or postal code, the cleaning you need and your preferred date. We will confirm coverage and availability with you. A service-area page does not mean every date is available.
How much will a cleaning visit cost?+
The cost depends on the type of cleaning, your home's size, the rooms you'd like cleaned and their current condition. Start with an online estimate to get an idea of the price, then decide whether you'd like us to confirm the details. Floor area alone usually isn't enough to estimate the whole visit accurately.
Do I need to provide cleaning products, a mop or a vacuum?+
Usually not. We'll bring the products and equipment needed for your chosen service, including a vacuum. If you'd prefer us to use a particular product you own, or a surface needs special care, please let us know beforehand.
What if something hasn't been cleaned properly?+
Please tell us. We'll re-clean or refund you, with no conditions, and you can contact us anytime. If it's convenient, describing the area or sharing a photo helps us understand what needs attention.
Can you include the basement, stairs and extra bathrooms?+
List them when asking for your quote. Tell us which floors need cleaning and whether the basement has a separate kitchen, bathroom or suite, as these affect the scope and time. You can also leave out rooms that don't need cleaning.
What about wood floors, marble or surfaces that need special care?+
Tell us the material and any manufacturer's care instructions beforehand so we can confirm suitable products and methods. Please also point out existing damage or marks, since a surface that needs repair can't be treated as an ordinary cleaning stain.
