Booking & Quotes

• Quotes submitted through our Get Quote or Contact Form are estimates only.
• A booking is confirmed only after we contact you and agree on the date, time, price, location, and service scope.
• Prices may vary depending on the actual condition, size of the space, location, and additional cleaning requirements.

Rescheduling and Cancellations

• To reschedule or cancel your appointment:
• Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
• Same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee to cover staff scheduling and travel arrangements.
• We may reschedule services due to weather conditions, staff availability, or emergencies in either Toronto or Vancouver service regions.

Access to Property

If we cannot access the location at the scheduled time, this may be treated as a late cancellation.

Service Limitations

• Heavy lifting beyond safe limits

We reserve the right to refuse service if the environment is unsafe for our team.

Payments

Payments are processed after services are completed, unless otherwise arranged.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the cleaning results:

• Please contact us within 24 hours
• We may offer a re-clean or assessment based on the situation and staff availability in your area

This guarantee does not apply to permanent stains, structural issues, or conditions beyond normal cleaning scope.

Liability

We are not responsible for:
