Recurring discounts apply to regular cleaning only. A first deep, moving or post-renovation clean keeps its own scope and labour estimate. Taxes and extras are confirmed separately. Carpet, upholstery, moving logistics and repairs need individual quotes.

How much will a cleaning visit cost?
The cost depends on the type of cleaning, your home's size, the rooms you'd like cleaned and their current condition. Start with an online estimate to get an idea of the price, then decide whether you'd like us to confirm the details. Floor area alone usually isn't enough to estimate the whole visit accurately.
What does recurring cleaning from CA$30 an hour mean?
Our current reference rates for recurring regular cleaning are CA$30 for weekly visits, CA$32 for visits every two weeks and CA$34 for monthly visits, per cleaner-hour. One-time regular cleaning is CA$39 per cleaner-hour. Deep and move-in or move-out cleaning are priced separately. Tax is extra, and the total depends on the number of cleaners and time involved.
If two cleaners work for two hours, is that two hours or four?
That's four cleaner-hours. The hourly rate applies to each cleaner, not the whole team. For example, two cleaners working for two hours each at CA$39 per cleaner-hour would cost CA$156 in labour, before tax and any other agreed charges.
Is the online estimate my final price?
The online estimate is a guide based on the details you enter, not a fixed total. Before booking, we'll confirm the scope, how the visit will be billed and the expected time. Let us know about heavy grease, clutter or extra tasks in advance so the estimate better reflects the work needed.
Are there any charges besides the cleaning fee?
Applicable taxes are added to the cleaning fee. If any other charges may apply, we'll explain them when providing your quote. Our pricing is 100% transparent: all charges are disclosed upfront, so you don't have to worry about unexpected fees at payment time.
Can I set a budget for the visit?
Yes. Tell us your budget and the tasks that matter most when asking for a quote. We'll discuss the scope and expected time so you can see what makes sense within your budget, rather than assuming everything can be completed in one visit.
Is there a minimum booking time?
One-time cleaning has a minimum of 3 cleaner-hours, and recurring cleaning a minimum of 2 cleaner-hours. This is the combined working time of all cleaners: two cleaners working for 1.5 hours each equals 3 cleaner-hours. Each cleaner does not have to work 3 hours. We’ll confirm the arrangement based on the scope and condition of your home.
How can I pay, and will I receive a receipt or invoice?
We accept credit cards and Apple Pay. An electronic receipt or invoice is sent automatically after payment. Submitting an online enquiry does not charge you or confirm a booking.
