Do I need to provide cleaning products, a mop or a vacuum?+
Usually not. We'll bring the products and equipment needed for your chosen service, including a vacuum. If you'd prefer us to use a particular product you own, or a surface needs special care, please let us know beforehand.
What if something hasn't been cleaned properly?+
Please tell us. We'll re-clean or refund you, with no conditions, and you can contact us anytime. If it's convenient, describing the area or sharing a photo helps us understand what needs attention.
Can you include the basement, stairs and extra bathrooms?+
List them when asking for your quote. Tell us which floors need cleaning and whether the basement has a separate kitchen, bathroom or suite, as these affect the scope and time. You can also leave out rooms that don't need cleaning.
What about wood floors, marble or surfaces that need special care?+
Tell us the material and any manufacturer's care instructions beforehand so we can confirm suitable products and methods. Please also point out existing damage or marks, since a surface that needs repair can't be treated as an ordinary cleaning stain.
