Keep a lived-in home comfortable with regular cleaning, or prepare an empty one for the next move. We’ll help you choose the clean for where you are now.
Recurring regular cleaning as low as CA$30 per cleaner-hourDeep and moving cleans have their own scope and rate.
For kitchen grease, bathroom buildup and the corners everyday cleaning misses. Tell us which areas need extra attention, and see a reference estimate before leaving your number.

The details that make a deeper clean
Deep cleaning builds on the everyday checklist, with attention to accumulated dirt and targeted steam where the material and finish can tolerate heat and moisture.
Regular floor cleaning, carpet vacuuming, countertops, furniture and appliance surfaces.
Everyday kitchen and bathroom surface cleaning, mirrors, baseboards and microwave interiors.
Targeted work on kitchen grease and hard-water buildup in bathrooms.
Steam cleaning of suitable surfaces and window screens, with the method chosen for the material.
The regular household tasks, including surface tidying, bed making and dishwashing, where applicable.
Other tasks you might want to add
Deep cleaning does not automatically include all appliance and cabinet interiors or a vacant-home handover checklist. Specify these details when requesting your quote.
Oven and fridge interiors, cabinet interiors and exhaust fans are separate requests; the microwave interior is already included.
Request interior window glass, range hood exterior cleaning, balcony tidying, closet organising or garage cleaning separately.
Ask for the scope of tile-grout work and any bathroom mould cleaning to be confirmed for your home.
Carpet and upholstery extraction are separate fabric-care services.
Post-renovation dust and glue or paint residue are outside this deep-cleaning scope.
Prepare your Toronto home for detailed work
Request a quote with your postal code, approximate home size, room count and the areas with buildup. Photos can help explain a greasy surface, marked shower glass or a detail that is hard to describe.
Clear counters and floors, and provide access to the areas you want cleaned.
Identify delicate finishes and share any surface-care instructions you have.
If you request appliance or cabinet interiors, empty them before the visit.
For a condo, share entry, elevator and parking arrangements; confirm any additional tasks before booking.
Kitchens, bathrooms, floors and the jobs that keep coming back. Book a single visit when you need a hand, without committing to an ongoing schedule.
CA$39 / cleaner-hour, plus applicable tax
What we’ll take care of
The regular checklist brings together floor care, surface cleaning and everyday kitchen and bathroom tasks. Tell us which rooms you want included and where to focus.
Clean floors and vacuum carpets; carpet extraction is a separate service.
Clean countertops, furniture surfaces and appliance exteriors.
Clean bathroom and kitchen wall surfaces, mirrors and glass; interior window glass is a separate request.
Clean baseboards and the microwave interior.
Tidy surface items, make beds and wash dishes.
Need a little extra help?
Regular cleaning is for routine dirt and household upkeep. Built-up grease or hard-water residue may need a deep-cleaning scope. Extra tasks should be agreed before the visit.
Oven, fridge and other appliance interiors beyond the microwave are separate requests.
Cabinet interiors, tile grout, exhaust fans and interior window glass are listed as additional tasks for regular cleaning.
Ask separately about range hood exterior cleaning, balcony tidying, closet organising or garage cleaning.
Steam cleaning, bathroom mould cleaning and post-renovation dust or glue and paint residue are outside the regular scope.
Sofa, mattress and carpet extraction cleaning are separate from general surface cleaning and vacuuming.
Prepare for your Toronto visit

Clear loose items from floors and counters so the surfaces are accessible.
Point out delicate finishes and any rooms or belongings you want left untouched.
For a condo, arrange entry and share concierge, elevator and parking instructions where relevant.
List any extra tasks before booking and confirm the agreed scope.
Choose weekly, bi-weekly or monthly visits to keep everyday rooms in good shape. Find a frequency that fits your life and compare the cost before deciding.

The help you can count on each visit
Recurring cleaning repeats an agreed everyday checklist. Tell us which rooms are used most and which household tasks you want prioritised within that scope.
Floor cleaning and carpet vacuuming.
Countertops, furniture surfaces and appliance exteriors.
Bathroom and kitchen wall surfaces, mirrors and glass, with interior windows requested separately.
Baseboards, microwave interiors, bed making, surface tidying and dishwashing.
How often would you like a hand?
The right frequency depends on how quickly your home needs attention and what you do between visits. Bi-weekly means every two weeks. Monthly means once a month; confirm the actual appointment dates when arranging your schedule.
Weekly visits suit households that want frequent help with everyday tasks.
Every-two-weeks visits leave a longer interval, with some upkeep between appointments.
Monthly visits can support a home maintained between cleans; they do not automatically add deep-cleaning tasks.
Add something when you need it
A recurring schedule changes how often the regular service happens. It does not make every specialist task part of each visit.
Request appliance interiors beyond the microwave, cabinet interiors, tile grout, exhaust fans and interior windows separately.
Deep-cleaning work on grease or hard-water buildup needs its own agreed scope.
Carpet extraction, sofa cleaning and mattress cleaning are separate fabric-care services.
A vacant move-out clean and post-renovation cleaning are outside routine recurring upkeep.
Prepare for the first visit and future appointments
Request a quote with your Toronto-area postal code, home details and preferred frequency. Explain the starting condition and confirm whether the first visit should be regular or deep cleaning.
Agree which rooms and everyday tasks matter most.
Keep floors and counters accessible and identify delicate items.
Set out condo entry, concierge and parking arrangements where relevant.
Contact the team about schedule changes or new tasks so they can be reviewed before the next visit.
Leave an empty home ready for handover, or clean your next place before the boxes arrive. Appliance and cabinet interiors are part of the moving-clean checklist.
CA$45 / cleaner-hour, plus applicable tax
What we’ll clean before the keys change hands
A moving clean combines the everyday floor and surface checklist with interior tasks that become practical once a home is empty. Confirm the appliances and cupboards to be cleaned, their condition and any care instructions when requesting a quote. Interior work requires the agreed spaces to be empty and accessible.
Clean floors, vacuum carpets and clean countertops, mirrors and accessible glass surfaces.
Clean bathroom and kitchen wall surfaces, baseboards and appliance exteriors.
Clean the agreed, accessible appliance interiors, such as the oven and fridge, once emptied and with the method suited to their condition and finish.
Clean the agreed cabinet and cupboard interiors once they are empty and accessible.
Clean tile grout and exhaust fans as part of the moving-clean checklist.
Have a handover checklist?
The moving-clean checklist differs from deep cleaning. Share any property handover checklist in advance so the requested tasks can be compared with the booked scope.
Targeted steam cleaning is not included in the standard moving-clean scope.
Confirm the interior-window glass scope and access arrangements when requesting your quote.
Range hood exterior cleaning, balconies, closet organising, bathroom mould cleaning and garages need separate discussion.
Carpet extraction, sofa and mattress cleaning are separate from carpet vacuuming.
Post-renovation dust and glue or paint residue are outside the moving-clean scope.
Packing, transporting belongings and off-site rubbish removal are not part of this home-cleaning booking.
Prepare before the Toronto handover
Request a quote with the postal code, property size, room count and date the home will be empty. Leave time between the clean and the handover to review the work.
Remove belongings and empty the cupboards and appliances to be cleaned.
Tell us about anything that will remain in the property and any areas that cannot be reached.
For a condo, coordinate the clean with your move and the building's entry or elevator arrangements.
Share key access, parking information and the handover contact if someone else will attend.
Describe grease, bathroom buildup or stains that may need work beyond the moving-clean checklist.
After the renovation, fine dust and stubborn residue can still get in the way of enjoying your home. Tell us what work was done and which rooms need attention so we can plan the clean before you settle in.
CA$45 / cleaner-hour, plus applicable tax
A clean planned around the work you had done
Renovation cleaning includes everyday cleaning tasks, renovation dust, appliance and cupboard interiors, tile grout and exhaust fans. Glue and paint residue are assessed against the surface material; targeted steam is used only where suitable.
After the last dusty job
Plan the visit after dust-producing work is finished. Let us know about any remaining trades, newly finished surfaces or product curing instructions. Arrange access and working water and electricity before the visit.
Show us what needs attention
Share the rooms involved, approximate size and photos of dust or residue. Building waste, hazardous materials, repairs and surface restoration are not included in the online home-cleaning estimate; flag these separately before booking.
Spills on the sofa, dirt in the carpet or a mattress that needs attention? We’ll look at the fabric and condition, then discuss a suitable clean and what results to expect.
Care that suits your fabric
This is a service for individual fabric items or a stated set of items. The method depends on the material, care instructions and condition.
Identify the carpets, upholstered sofas or mattresses to be cleaned.
Assess the fabric and test cleaning solutions before treatment.
Protect surrounding areas and vacuum loose debris before the main cleaning work.
Treat the fabric with a suitable method, which may include spray extraction or foam scrubbing.
Discuss care after cleaning and when the treated items can be used again.
What to expect from stain treatment
Stain removal is not guaranteed. Some marks may improve without disappearing. Fabric type, stain age and earlier cleaning attempts affect what treatment is appropriate.
Describe old stains, pet accidents, odours and any products already applied.
Do not assume every fabric is suitable for wet extraction; share care labels for review.
General kitchen, bathroom and whole-home cleaning are outside this item-based fabric service.
Carpet vacuuming in a regular or moving clean does not include fabric stain treatment or extraction.
Drying time varies with the item and conditions; ask for aftercare advice for your booking.
Prepare your items and Toronto access details
Request a quote with your postal code, item count, approximate sizes and a description of the stains. Photos of the item, mark and care label can make your request clearer.
Clear loose objects from the carpet and around the furniture to be treated.
Tell us whether a sofa or mattress can be accessed on the sides that need cleaning.
Mention stairs, condo elevators, parking and entry arrangements relevant to equipment access.
Plan to leave the cleaned items unused while they dry, following the advice given for the material.
Identify each requested dwelling as inside the main house or in a separate building.
02
Describe the pedestrian route to a detached unit and arrange any gate or door access needed.
03
Keep indoor rooms, shared passages and outdoor cleaning requests as separate items for scope review.

Frequently asked questions
How do I check availability for my address and date?+
Share the service address or postal code, the cleaning you need and your preferred date. We will confirm coverage and availability with you. A service-area page does not mean every date is available.
How much will a cleaning visit cost?+
The cost depends on the type of cleaning, your home's size, the rooms you'd like cleaned and their current condition. Start with an online estimate to get an idea of the price, then decide whether you'd like us to confirm the details. Floor area alone usually isn't enough to estimate the whole visit accurately.
Do I need to provide cleaning products, a mop or a vacuum?+
Usually not. We'll bring the products and equipment needed for your chosen service, including a vacuum. If you'd prefer us to use a particular product you own, or a surface needs special care, please let us know beforehand.
What if something hasn't been cleaned properly?+
Please tell us. We'll re-clean or refund you, with no conditions, and you can contact us anytime. If it's convenient, describing the area or sharing a photo helps us understand what needs attention.
Do I need to arrange building access or an elevator for my condo?+
Please share your unit number, entry or concierge instructions and visitor parking arrangements in advance. Let us know about any building rules for service providers or equipment. Whether an elevator needs to be reserved depends on your building's requirements.
Can you include the basement, stairs and extra bathrooms?+
List them when asking for your quote. Tell us which floors need cleaning and whether the basement has a separate kitchen, bathroom or suite, as these affect the scope and time. You can also leave out rooms that don't need cleaning.
