Specify the appliances, current condition and care instructions when requesting a quote. Interior work is planned for empty, accessible spaces and suitable finishes.
- Clean floors, vacuum carpets and clean countertops, mirrors and accessible glass surfaces.
- Clean bathroom and kitchen wall surfaces, baseboards, furniture surfaces where present and appliance exteriors.
- Clean the agreed appliance interiors, such as the oven and fridge, once emptied and accessible, using a method suited to the material and condition.
- Clean the agreed cabinet and cupboard interiors once they are empty and accessible.
- Clean tile grout and exhaust fans as listed in the moving-clean checklist.
A few extras to discuss before the move
Share any move-out or move-in checklist you have so the requested work can be compared with the service scope. Describe unusual conditions before the appointment is agreed.
- The standard moving-clean scope does not include targeted steam cleaning.
- Confirm interior-window glass cleaning and safe access as part of the quote discussion.
- Ask separately about range hood exteriors, balconies, closet organising, bathroom mould cleaning and garages.
- Carpet extraction and upholstery care are separate services; routine carpet vacuuming is included.
- Post-renovation dust and glue or paint residue are outside the moving-clean scope.
- This is a cleaning visit; packing, moving belongings and off-site rubbish removal require separate arrangements.
Prepare the property and access
Request a quote with your postal code, home type, approximate size, room count and the date the home will be vacant. Plan access between the move and the next occupant's arrival.
- Empty cupboards and appliances and remove belongings from the areas to be cleaned.
- Explain any furniture or stored items that will remain and limit access.
- If the property is in a strata building, share relevant service-entry and elevator arrangements.
- Confirm keys, buzzer instructions and parking information.
- Allow time to review the cleaned areas before handover and flag any existing stains or damage in advance.

Can you clean inside my fridge, oven and cupboards?
You can request these areas. Mention them separately for regular or deep cleaning; appliance and cupboard interiors are included in the move-in and move-out checklist. Let us know which ones need cleaning, and empty the relevant spaces of food and belongings beforehand.
Should I book move-out cleaning before or after moving?
Usually, after furniture and belongings have been moved out. That makes cupboard interiors and areas behind furniture easier to reach. Leave time between the move and handing over your keys, and let us know your handover date in advance.
Does the home need to be empty for move-out cleaning?
Ideally, move out furniture and belongings first and empty the fridge, cupboards and drawers that need cleaning. If anything will remain, let us know so we can confirm which areas will be accessible.
Do water and electricity need to stay on?
Yes. Please keep water and electricity available on cleaning day and arrange keys, entry or concierge access beforehand. If you have already moved out, schedule any disconnection for after the clean.
Can you work from my landlord's or property manager's cleaning checklist?
Send it with your quote request and we'll confirm which tasks can be arranged. A cleaning service doesn't guarantee inspection approval or the return of a deposit. Please confirm the handover requirements with your landlord or property manager.
Is the online estimate my final price?
The online estimate is a guide based on the details you enter, not a fixed total. Before booking, we'll confirm the scope, how the visit will be billed and the expected time. Let us know about heavy grease, clutter or extra tasks in advance so the estimate better reflects the work needed.
What if something hasn't been cleaned properly?
Please tell us. We'll re-clean or refund you, with no conditions, and you can contact us anytime. If it's convenient, describing the area or sharing a photo helps us understand what needs attention.
