Share both addresses, floors, elevator or stair access, main items and any packing help needed. Include dimensions for large furniture so access and pricing can be considered beforehand.
Can I request help packing only fragile items?
Yes, you can request that. Tell us what is already packed and which glassware, ceramics or other fragile items need help so we can confirm the packing scope and materials.
Is home cleaning included after the move?
Moving and home cleaning are separate services. If you need both, mention them together and leave time for cleaning after belongings have been moved out.
