How does the hourly rate become a visit price?One-time regular cleaning example: 2 cleaners working 1.5 hours each = 3 cleaner-hours. 3 × CA$39 = CA$117 before tax. This illustrates the calculation, not a fixed quote for a home size. Staffing, time and any extras are confirmed before booking.

A single maintenance visit and a recurring schedule share the regular-cleaning checklist. Deep cleaning, a moving clean and fabric care have different scopes.

  • Regular cleaning: a one-time visit for kitchen and bathroom surfaces, floors and everyday household tasks.
  • Weekly, bi-weekly or monthly cleaning: ongoing regular visits to keep up with daily use.
  • Deep cleaning: a more detailed reset for grease, hard-water marks and accumulated grime.
  • Move-out cleaning: vacant rooms and accessible appliance and cabinet interiors before a handover.
  • Carpet and fabric cleaning: a separate service for carpets, upholstered sofas and mattresses.

Make the scope clear before the visit

Home size is only part of the picture. A furnished condo, a house with several bathrooms and a vacant property can need very different preparation. Tell us which rooms are in use and whether the home will be empty.

  • List bedrooms, bathrooms and any floors or rooms you want included.
  • Mention grease, bathroom buildup, fabric stains or a long gap since the last thorough clean.
  • Request appliance interiors and other extras explicitly; a regular visit does not include every task on the wider service list.

How do I check availability for my address and date?

Share the service address or postal code, the cleaning you need and your preferred date. We will confirm coverage and availability with you. A service-area page does not mean every date is available.

Should I book a regular clean or a deep clean?

If your home is kept fairly tidy and you'd like help with the kitchen, bathrooms, floors and dusting, regular cleaning is usually a good fit. If it's been a while since a thorough clean and there's noticeable grease, limescale or built-up dust, consider a deep clean. Not sure? Tell us what needs attention and we can help you choose.

How much will a cleaning visit cost?

The cost depends on the type of cleaning, your home's size, the rooms you'd like cleaned and their current condition. Start with an online estimate to get an idea of the price, then decide whether you'd like us to confirm the details. Floor area alone usually isn't enough to estimate the whole visit accurately.

Do I need to provide cleaning products, a mop or a vacuum?

Usually not. We'll bring the products and equipment needed for your chosen service, including a vacuum. If you'd prefer us to use a particular product you own, or a surface needs special care, please let us know beforehand.

Do I need to be home for the whole visit?

No. Arrange access in advance and leave a way to reach you on the day. If you're available for a quick walkthrough afterwards, it's a useful chance to point out anything that needs another look. Being away doesn't affect your cleaning satisfaction guarantee.

What if something hasn't been cleaned properly?

Please tell us. We'll re-clean or refund you, with no conditions, and you can contact us anytime. If it's convenient, describing the area or sharing a photo helps us understand what needs attention.
