Can I message instead of calling?
Yes. Use the phone number on this page to send a text, or email us if you prefer. Include your city and what you need help with, and share any estimate you already have.
Should I book a regular clean or a deep clean?
If your home is kept fairly tidy and you'd like help with the kitchen, bathrooms, floors and dusting, regular cleaning is usually a good fit. If it's been a while since a thorough clean and there's noticeable grease, limescale or built-up dust, consider a deep clean. Not sure? Tell us what needs attention and we can help you choose.
Does submitting a quote request confirm my booking?
Not yet. We'll confirm your address, cleaning needs, timing and price with you. Your visit is booked once the arrangements have been agreed. It's fine to ask for a quote without deciding straight away.
