Do you charge transportation fees?
- If your location is within 25 kilometers of our cleaner, no transportation fee will be charged.
- If your location is 25-35 kilometers from our cleaner, a transportation fee of 10 CAD will be charged.
- If your location is 36-45 kilometers from our cleaner, a transportation fee of 15 CAD will be charged.
- If your location is more than 45 kilometers from our cleaner, a transportation fee of 20 CAD will be charged.
What potential fees are there besides the cleaning service fees?
- Transportation fees: See the previous details for the fee rules.
- Tips: You may voluntarily tip the cleaner; it is not a mandatory percentage fee.
- Parking fees: If your home does not have free parking, the cleaner’s parking fee will be provided with a receipt for your reimbursement.
- Fines: You will only need to pay for fines in one situation: if the cleaner parks in a location you designated and you informed the cleaner that parking there is free, but the cleaner receives a ticket, you will need to pay the full amount of the fine.
- Urgent fee: If there are no available slots on the cleaning date you need but you urgently require cleaning on that specific date, our dispatch team will prioritize your request. An urgent fee of 30 CAD will then be charged.

Is there a minimum booking time?
Am I charged the full quoted amount even if it doesn't take that long to clean my house?
The quoted time is too high/low. What do I do?
- The quoted time is an example of your cleaning which has lower rate and shorter duration. Special Requests are not included. The final cost will be based on the actual service hours (calculated to the minute). If you have any questions about the quote, please feel free to contact our customer service.
- Our cleaners will provide a more accurate time estimate when they arrive before starting the cleaning.
- Mint Cleaning strictly prohibits cleaners from slacking off. If found, they will be immediately dismissed. So you can trust us with your home.
How do I cancel my order? Will there be any additional charges for cancellation?
- Cancellation time ≥ 48 hours before the scheduled time: No charges.
- 48 hours > Cancellation time ≥ 24 hours: 50% of the estimated price for this order will be charged.
- Cancellation time < 24 hours before the scheduled time: 100% of the estimated price for this order will be charged.

- For the second and subsequent time modifications:
- Modification time ≥ 48 hours before the scheduled time: No charges.

- But we strongly recommend you are available to meet our cleaning team to conduct a walkthrough of your home at the end of the cleaning.

Can you help dispose of the trash after cleaning is done?
- If you live in a condo, our cleaners will assist you in disposing of your trash at the condo’s waste disposal site free of charge.
- If you live in a house, we will help you sort the trash and place it in the appropriate location at no extra cost.
- If you need our cleaners to load the trash into their vehicles and take it away, there will be an additional charge. Please contact customer service for details.

With up to 35 different tools, they also carry equipment such as vacuums, steam cleaners, mite removal devices, fabric cleaners, and more. The specific tools and equipment used will depend on the type of cleaning service you choose.
- All of the cleaning agents we select are safe and environmentally friendly.
- Our cleaners manage and use their tools and towels by designated areas to prevent cross-contamination and ensure hygiene.

What if I'm not happy with my cleaning? What after-sales service guarantee policies do you have?
- If you have any concerns about the cleaning results (e.g., insufficient cleaning), you can file a complaint with customer service within 48 hours after the service. Our customer service team will assist you promptly with after-sales support, and upon verification, we will provide free re-cleaning.
- If you believe the cleaner was inefficient or had a poor service attitude, you may be eligible for up to a 30% discount on the service fee upon verification.
- If you are unable to inspect the service on-site, you can raise any concerns about the service with customer service within 48 hours after the service. If no objections are raised within 48 hours, it will be considered as your satisfaction with the service.
