Cleaning Service Process:
  1. First, you need to provide us with specific details about your home, such as the area to be cleaned and the type of cleaning needed, to get an estimated duration and quote online.
  2. Choose a service date.
  3. Wait for our cleaning staff to arrive and provide the service.
  4. After the service is completed, settle the payment based on the actual cleaning time.
This situation will absolutely never occur with Mint Cleaning Service staff because our cleaners undergo regular assessments and training. They are highly efficient in completing any cleaning tasks and will never slack off.

Our dispatch principle is to assign the nearest cleaner to you.
  • If your location is within 25 kilometers of our cleaner, no transportation fee will be charged.
  • If your location is 25-35 kilometers from our cleaner, a transportation fee of 10 CAD will be charged.
  • If your location is 36-45 kilometers from our cleaner, a transportation fee of 15 CAD will be charged.
  • If your location is more than 45 kilometers from our cleaner, a transportation fee of 20 CAD will be charged.
But rest assured, our pricing is 100% transparent. Any potential fees will be communicated to you in advance and clearly presented before the service begins.

  5. Urgent fee: If there are no available slots on the cleaning date you need but you urgently require cleaning on that specific date, our dispatch team will prioritize your request. An urgent fee of 30 CAD will then be charged.

Yes, you can choose our weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly cleaning services, starting as low as 34 CAD per hour.

Most of the time, our cleaners will arrive within 10 minutes of the scheduled time; however, due to traffic conditions or other time factors, we cannot guarantee an arrival time.
You can reschedule your appointment for free (one free rescheduling opportunity), otherwise, it will be considered a cancellation (see our cancellation policy for details).
  1. If you live in a condo, our cleaners will assist you in disposing of your trash at the condo’s waste disposal site free of charge.

Yes, cleaning cabinets inside, drawers inside or cupboards inside is an extended service item of our cleaning service. There will be no extra charge, but it may require more time.
In order to protect your privacy, MINT CLEANING has a closed door policy; if the door to a room is closed, it will not be cleaned. Also, we will never open any drawers, cupboards or closets in your home unless specifically asked to clean them.

  2. If you believe the cleaner was inefficient or had a poor service attitude, you may be eligible for up to a 30% discount on the service fee upon verification.
  3. If you are unable to inspect the service on-site, you can raise any concerns about the service with customer service within 48 hours after the service. If no objections are raised within 48 hours, it will be considered as your satisfaction with the service.
  4. All our cleaners at Mint Cleaning have undergone professional training and identity verification, so you can confidently entrust your home to us.
